Maruices.CapitalOne.com allows a user to pay a bill, update information (i.e. mailing address, phone number), view recent statements, and check a balance. Those who have misplaced or forgotten their mymaurices VIP Credit Card account password will have to provide their Capital One credit card number along with the last 4 digits of their SSN in order to start the recovery process.
Once the SSN and card number have been provided the customer will receive an email which will provide instructions on how to reset their password.
Maurices.CapitalOne.com Pay Bill

- Bill pay is a free service
- Payments cannot be made with another credit card

While it is anticipated that most transactions will be processed on the selected Payment Date it is understood that due to circumstances beyond Capital One’s control, some transactions may take additional time to be applied to create the Maurices Capital One Credit Account.

- The Maurices Capital One account service can only be used for Capital One credit cards and cannot be used with other credit cards such as Chase Freedom or Amex Gold
- On December 28, 2016, Capital One acquired mymaurices VIP Credit Card accounts previously issued by Comenity Bank
- As a result of this transaction, the customer’s payment date may change but the grace period will not be shortened
