The Home Again Renew service is easy to use and is only designed for current members who need to renew a membership. A Home Again app is available at the Google Play Store and the App Store at no cost to the member. Any questions that arise during the Home Again renewal process can be directed to a customer service agent at 888-551-3903 Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 7 pm CT. Those who are more comfortable contacting Home Again via email: customerservice@homeagain.com (please include the customer’s account number along with the pets microchip number and allow up to 3 business days for a response). To report an adverse reaction or product-related problem with HomeAgain pet microchips, please call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242)… pick option 4, then option 2 to speak with a Technical Services Representative. HomeAgain is billed as an advanced lost pet recovery service that helps recover FIDO when he gets lost or runs away (Home Again actually injects a microchip into the pets shoulder blades… this may sound barbaric but it pretty much pain free for the animal and may help save his life down the road). Each pet has its own UNIQUE microchip ID so that it is never confused with another pet living down the street using the Home Again service. Please note the Home Again service is made for both dogs and cats but is mostly used for dogs as cat seem to have an uncanny ability not to get lost.
Home Again Renew Notes
- The entries renewal process will take less than 5 mintues to complete
- All major credit cards are accepted
- Members will receive 2 free pet IDs every year (those who need additional cards will be charged $5 a piece)
