December Survey Good Housekeeping

Please note all feedback provided via the December Survey Good Housekeeping will ony be used to increase the bottom line profits of this Housekeeping magazine and the customer’s information will never be sold or marketed to a third-party. Those who take the survey should probably finish it in less than 5 minutes (those who start the survey but then find something else to do will see the survey time out and they will have to start over from the beginning). The Good Housekeeper survey does offer a save button for those who get interrupted while taking the survey and need to come back at a later time (the completed information will be saved). - The survey sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada
- Those living in the province of Quebec are not allowed to enter
- The grand prize drawing for the $5,000 cash will take place on 1/17/17

Please note any winnings must be reported to the tax man via Form 1099.
