Foodtown Survey
- With the Foodtown Online Survey, guests who have shopped at a Foodtown store can take a survey related to their experience
- The Foodtown customer survey will take guests no more than 10 minutes to finish, and is only a few basic questions about a customer’s shopping trip
- Every guest who finishes the Foodown feedback survey will be entered for the chance to win a $500 Foodtown gift card
To begin taking the Foodtown guest survey, customers will need to enter the three digit Foodtown store location number that is printed on the survey invitation. The Foodtown store number can be found at the bottom of the original receipt right above the survey invitation. The Foodtown store number will be the numbers that follow S#. Customers must be at least 18 years old and must be a legal resident of the United States to be entered to win the Foodtown gift card. One lucky winner will be chosen each month from all eligible Foodtown survey entries to win the $500 gift card. The winner of the Foodtown gift card will be contacted by the 15th of the next month after the winner was drawn, and will have 7 days to contact Foodtown with their information to claim their prize

Foodtown was founded in 1955, and is mostly found in New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania. There are right at 70 Foodtown locations across the US today with two of these being in Florida. Foodtown has their corporate offices located in Edison, New Jersey. Foodtown is a retailers’ cooperative, meaning that they sometimes sell food to other retailers (not under the Foodtown family) with the Foodtown name.
