AM Water My H20

The AM Water My H20 service is operated by American Water and new customers will have to go through a tiresome registration process before online access is granted. In order to register for an American Water account the customer will need to fork over their account number, type of customer (i.e. business or individual), and their first/last name. All of this information can be found on the American Water billing notice and the account number will be located in the top right hand corner of the notice. Once the customer has secured an account they will be able to pay a bill online, view previous statements, update their contact information (i.e. phone number, email address), sign up to receive emergency and non-urgent alerts by email, phone and text, track water consumption, and contact customer service. Residential customers can also schedule an appointment to have water service turned on or off and add a secondary person to the account (this would most likely be a husband or wife). Any questions in regards to an American Water bill can be directed to 1-855-705-8438. American Water operated in both the United States and Canada. The online AM Water My H20 service is available for customers in both nations (the firm also provides water services to 11 military bases).
