The Feedback 4 BR Factory survey should only take a few minutes of the customers valuable time and requires 4 items from the customers receipt (BR Factory store number, time of purchase, date of purchase, and the transaction number… all of this information can be located don the BR receipt and will help pin point who was responsible for the employees buying experience). Once the survey has been completed the customer will be entered into the Visa gift card drawing. Please note the customer MUST take the survey within 5 days of their visit to the Banana Republic factory outlet or the survey will become void and the customer will lose all hope of winning a 300 dollar Visa gift card 🙁 (well unless they enter without purchase following the directions below). A total of 16 $300 gift cards will be awarded during the course of this promotion (a little on the light side compared to other survey sweepstakes prizes). Lucky winners should allow between 8 to 10 weeks for the gift card to arrive.
