The Feedback 4 GAP survey will take about 19 minutes to complete and will request feedback in regards to the customer service. In order to begin the survey the customer will need to provide the date of purchase (please note the GAP purchase must have occurred in the past 7 days in order to be eligible to take the survey), time of purchase, the GAP store number, the transaction number from the GAP customer receipt, and confirm the customer is 18 years of age or older. Please note the Feedback 4 GAP survey store number will be 5 digits long while the transaction number will be 4 digits long. All feedback provided during the course of the survey will only be used to increase the quality of the service at the GAP and will never be sold to a third-party. A few questions found during the survey include “how satisfied were you with your most recent GAP experience?”, “Based on this experience how likely are you to recommend GAP to a family, friend, or enemy?”, and then the customer will be asked to rate a few statements on a scale of 1 to 10 (i.e. how connect do you feel to the GAP brand). As far as customer surveys goes the Feedback 4 GAP survey is definitely on the lengthy side as it seems that the questions are never-ending… only those who really need a 20% off coupon will actually end up finishing the survey.
