The LH To Go Survey will take less than 3 minutes to complete and will ask a variety of questions about the take out order. To start the LongHorn Steakhouse To Go customer survey the user will need the 12 digit survey ID number, which can be found on their LongHorn To Go customer receipt. Please note customers will only have 7 days to take the survey from the time of the purchase before the ID number becomes void.

The LongHorn To Go ordering service does not come with any additional fees but does require the customer to create an online account if they would like to order online.
