The Rec Room Feedback
- Provide feedback to the Rec Room in the hopes of improving their down right lousy customer service
- All feedback will be used to make the Rec Room a better place (and it needs it!)
- The survey will help improve the customer service at the Rec Room and the customer’s information will never be shared with Rec Room employees
- TheRecRoomFeedback.com survey is powered by the Service Management Group in association with the Rec Room
- The $50 gift certificate will come in the form of a gift card
In order to begin the survey the customer will need the Rec Room 17 digit survey code number, along with the date and time of purchase. The 17 digit survey code can be found in the middle of the receipt and the date/time of purchase will be found at the bottom. Customers who accidentally tossed the receipt in the trash may have some dumpster diving to do in order to take the survey and enter the $50 Rec Room gift card drawing. No purchase is required in order to enter the prize draw and contestants must be 15 years of age or older and a legal resident of Canada. The monthly prize draw will be held on or around the 10th day of each month of all the previous months entries. The odds of winning the $50 Rec Room gift card will be based on how many people enter the survey during the month. Customers who complete the survey in full win earn an entry where they could win a $50 Gift Certificate that can be used at any Rec Room location (provide needed feedback and maybe win a $50 gift certificate?!?! whats not to like here?)

- Navigate to the survey URL
- Enter the Rec Room 17 digit survey code
- Answer a few short questions
- ENTER the prize draw
