Sprint.com/phonesonus is associated LG Tribute HD, LG Tribute 5, and LG Stylo 2 (Sprint may add more phones in the future). In order to obtain the rebate the customer will have to provide their name, email address, Sprint account number, and mobile phone number (select the “+” icon to enter additional phone number (up to 10)). The entire process will take about 3 minutes and customers can expect the rebate in 7 to 10 weeks by US Mail.
