The PA Turn Pike Toll by Plate service will require the customer to have their Invoice Number OR License Plate Number (with state), account number, and zip code in which the auto is registered. Those who would like to speak with a PA Turn Pike customer service pay agent can dial-up the E-ZPass Customer Service call center at 877.736.6727 (those dialing from outside U.S., please call 717.561.1522). The E-ZPass customer service call center is available from Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Those looking to speak with a PA Turn Pike customer service agent in person can show up at one of the customer service walk in facilities: 7631 Derry Street Harrisburg, PA 17111 OR 8000C Derry Street Harrisburg, PA 17111. The customer service walk in facilities operate between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Once the customer has accessed the PA Turn Pike Toll by Plate service they should be able to pay a bill/invoice, view vehicle images, update vehicle owner information (i.e. phone number, address), dispute a toll, and appeal a toll. Please note that customers who convert their TOLL BY PLATE account to the E-ZPass account system will pay less when traveling on Pennsylvania toll roads.

- Those who purchase the Pennsylvania Turnpike E-ZPass GoPak will have to register the transponder
- In order to register the transponder the customer will have to set up online account access
- In order to register this transponder the customer will need a major credit card (i.e. Visa, American Express), an e-mail address and the vehicle’s license plate number
- Customers will also need the transponder number and PIN
