My Liberty Connection

Those who do not have a Liberty Connection company code should contact their Human Resource office or employee benefits representative for further instructions. During the Liberty connection registration process the user will also have to provide their name, email address, and their work phone number (or a phone number in which they can be reached). Registration is a one time process and once registered users will be able to use all available features of the secure Liberty Mutual Insurance Web portal, based on their employer’s configuration. Any technical questions in regards to the My Liberty Connection service can be directed to 1-800-431-2958 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. The My Liberty Connection service is available in English or Spanish and is linked with popular social networking networks (i.e. Facebook and Twitter).
