The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and is operated by the InMoment Survey company. To start the survey customers will need the McDonald’s resturant number in which the visit took place along with Internet access (it does not appear that the McDonald’s survey can be taken via phone or by US mail). The consumer will be asked to answer a variety of questions about their visit to McDonald’s such as the quality/freshness of the food purchased (i.e. Nuggets, Cheeseburger), how friendly the employees were, how clean was the store, and if they would recommend the location to a friend or family member.
