HCA Rewards

- In order to login please have the users HCA 3-4 ID and password
- New users will have to register via a simple registration form
The HCA rewards program can be also be accessed by a former employee or a beneficiary (i.e. spouse). Any questions in regards to the HCA Rewards service can be directed to a customer service agent at (800) 566-4114 (members can also find the toll free customer service number on the back of their HCA Rewards member ID card). Those who have questions in regards to health care claims should contact the HCA claims administrator (contact information is available when the user accesses HCArewards.com and go to Benefits and select Benefit Providers or call the Member Services number on the members ID card).
Those who have questions in regards to Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts please contact a WageWorks customer care agent at (877) 888-FLEX (3539). HCA Rewards members who need to update their personal information (i.e. phone number, address) should reach out to HR Answers at (844) 472-6797.
