- Watch the Profit on CNBC and potentially win thousand dollars ($10,000) to be awarded in the form of a check
- Contestants MUST be 21 years of age or older and be a legal resident of the United States in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (residents in the states of Alaska and Hawaii are not allowed to enter)
To enter the Profit CNBC Prime sweepstakes promotion simply watch the show and watch for the cord word. Once the code word has been displayed enter it at the promotional CNBC website. Contestants will be required to fill out a online entry form, which includes the contestants name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the Code Word (“Entry”)… please note all Entries will become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned).

- Entries must be received before May 13, 2015 at 11:59 PM ET to be eligible
- The $10k prize will be accompanies with a 1099 form and MUST be reported to the IRS
- Winner selection (aka the grand prize drawing) will take place on May 15, 2015
- Only one winner will be selected and NO additional prizes will be awarded
