- The AMC Play Dead Sweepstakes will run until 4/3/17
- The promotion will consist of 8 weekly entry periods
In order to enter the AMC Play Dead Sweepstakes the contestant must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of their entry. Anyone employed by the sponsor (aka AMC) are not allowed to enter the promotion. In order to enter the Walking Dead Play Dead promotion contestants must secure the “code word” which will appear during the commercial breaks of the Walking Dead (the code word may be spoken orally or simply shown on the screen). Contestants are allowed to enter once per week and those who attempt to rig the system by gaining more than one entry (i.e. using another email address) will be deemed ineligible (the “Authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail address has been issued). Anyone chomping at the bit to view a list of winners should write to: AMC’s The Walking Dead Play Dead Sweepstakes Winners List, AMC Networks Entertainment LLC, 11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001 before 5/5/17.
AMC Play Dead Sweepstakes Prize Info
- The lucky grand prize winner will receive a trip to attend The Walking Dead production filming in Georgia
- A total of 4 grand prizes will be awarded
- The total value of all grand prizes to be given away is listed as $6,800
All potential Prize winners will be required to respond to such notification attempt and execute and return an affidavit of acceptance, eligibility, liability and publicity release (or Declaration of Compliance if a Canadian resident (where legal), within seven (7) days of such notification. The sponsor of the promotion (AMC) is based at 11 Penn Plaza, NY, NY, 10001.
