TellTofs.com is operated by the Service Management Group and requires Internet connection. In order to start the survey thje customer will need the amount of money spent on their Tofs visit, date/time of purchase, Tofs store number, Till number, and Trx number (all of this information can be found on the Tofs receipt). The Tell Tofs trx and till number will be 4 digits long while the Tofs number will be 5 digits in length. Once all the information has been provided the customer will be asked a variety of questions in regards to the cleaniness of the Tofs store in question, how friendly the employees were, and the quality of the products. Once all the bothersome survey questions have been answered the customer will have the chance to enter a sweepstakes for a €250 Tofs Gift Card.

- Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 16 years of age or older
- The prize consist of the €250 Tofs Gift Card which cannot be redeemed for cash
- Employees of Tofs are not allowed to enter the promotion
- Lucky winners will be notified by email or mail within 7 days of the drawing date
- Tofs reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of the Tofs survey promotion at any time for any reason

- Feedback will be sent to Tofs regional managers in charge of the stores
- The survey cannot be taken by phone, email, or US Mail
- Not every Tofs location will offer this promotional survey
