The Taco Mac Listens survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and customers can sleep easy knowing they help improve the customer service at their local Taco Mac location. Customers are allowed to complete the Taco Mac Listens promotional survey once every thirty days. In order to begin the customer must have the 15 digit survey code which can be found square in the middle of the Taco Mac customer receipt (customers who tossed the receipt in the trash will have a hard time taking the survey unless they have a great memory). Once the 15 digit survey code has been entered customers will be asked a variety of questions about their visit (i.e. how good was the food, was the server competent). Once the Taco Mac Listens survey has been completed the customer will earn their well deserved coupon. The Taco Mac survey coupon can be used on any future visit but cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions. Taco Mac is a great place to watch a big game with friends as it provides a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Some of the must try menu items include Beer Brine Wings, JUMBO Pretzel with beer cheese, and the grilled chicken nachos. The Beer Brine Wings are an obvious must try but customer should not sleep on the grilled chicken nachos as they come packed with chicken, guacamole, and pickled jalapeno.
