Panda Express Guest

The Panda Express Guest customer survey requires the customer to have the 4 or 5 digit Panda Express store number along with Internet connection as it does not appear that feedback can be provided over the phone. Once the customer has provided the Panda Express Guest code they will then be asked to provide the exact location in which the visit took place, the Panda Express order number, the date and time of the visit, and then answer a few short survey questions in regards to the food and customer service provided at the given Panda Express location. Please note the Panda Express Guest order number can be found on the front of the receipt towards the top. The customer will also be given a chance to sign up for the Panda Express email newsletter which provides promotional offers, new products, new restaurants, and local events (this is optional and is not required in order to complete the survey). Once the Panda Express Guest survey has been completed the customer will be presented with a redemption code that can be used on a future visit to the Panda.
