The My ShopRite survey sweepstakes is sponsored by ShopRite and administered by American Sweepstakes and Promotion Co. In order to enter the promotion part of the survey sweepstakes the contestants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States (those living in Delaware must be 19 years of age). One entry is allowed per month via MyShopRiteExperience.com regardless of how much money the customer spends during the course of the promotional month (any duplicate entries will become void).

- Lucky winner should allow up to 14 days for the gift card to arrive via snail mail
- ShopRite reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equal or greater value 🙂
- The $500 gift card drawing date will take place on or around the 6th of each month for the previous month entries
- A list of winners can be secured by writing to: ACS/ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester NY 14614 (please include proper postage and a return address)
- All winner list request must be made before 10/17/17
