The KFC Listens CA survey is operated by the Service Management Group and will take less than 5 minutes to complete. In order to start the KFC Listens CA survey the customer will need the store number, date of purchase, time of purchase, and Internet connection as the survey is not available over the phone. Those who do not have Internet connection are encouraged to visit their local library or a friend’s house in order to take the KFC Listens customer survey. Please note all feedback provided to KFC will be held confidential and the customers name will never be released to KFC employees. The Service Management Group will collect all the survey responses and deliver them to the general manager of the KFC location in question. The KFC Canada store number will be 4 digits long and will be found at the very top of the receipt. The KFC Listens feedback survey is available in English or French and is subject to change at any time (i.e. KFC reserves the right to modify or change the survey at any point in time).
