The Sears Login service requires the card holders user ID to access their credit card account online. Once their account has been secured card holders can make a payment, set up account alerts (i.e. payment due dates), track recent purchases, and update information (i.e. change of address). The Sears card can be used at all Sears and Kmart locations to earn reward points including when shopping online at sears.com and kmart.com. The card can also be used at Sears dental and optical services.
Customer Service
- Those who do not shop at Sears (or Kmart) regularly should disregard this credit card. The Sears credit card requires a good credit score, and Sears Holdings Management Corporation offers the Shop Your Way program. - Those who apply for the card online use it at a Sears or Kmart location as long as they bring a photo ID and have an associate complete an account number look-up. Cardholders looking to make a payment by mail can send it to: P.O. Box 9001055 Louisville, KY 40290-1055.
- Cardholders who are in a race with the clock and need to make a payment to avoid a nasty late penalty fee can mail their payment overnight to: Sears Payment Center/Overnight 6716 Grade Lane Building 9, Suite 910 Louisville, KY 40213.
