In order to enter the HGTV Dream Home promotion contestants must be 21 years of age or older (as of 12/28/15) and a legal resident of the United States of America. The contest will end on February 18, 2016 and contestants are allowed to enter twice per day. The total value of the GRAND PRIZE is valued at more than 1.5 million dollars and the winner will be contacted by phone and or email (the email addressed used to contact the winner will be homepromotions@scrippsnetworks.com).

The 250k will be awarded by Quicken Loans (a sponsor) and will come in the form of an electronic transfer and will help pay for all taxes associated with the Grand Prize.
Other sponsors of the promotion include Oldcastle Architectural Inc., Delta, Trex, Ethan Allen, JELD-WEN, Inc, Glidden, and Pedigree Brand.
There is no purchase required to enter the 2016 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway and contestants can enter via US Mail by writing to: “HGTV Dream Home Giveaway 2016, PO Box 51584, Knoxville, TN 37950”. If entering by mail please make sure the entry is postmarked by February 18, 2016 or it will not qualify for the promotion.
Ritway, Inc. will be in charge of the drawing and will be responsible for the fulfillment of all prizes associated with the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway…. Riteway is headquartered at 1463 E. Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37909. Please note the grand prize winner agrees to participate in HGTV marketing through video and or pictures. The grand prize winner will be attempted to be reached for 5 days straight… if they are not able to be contacted and new winner will be selected.
