- In the fields required on the My Carle Patient Portal Login Page.
- If you have not registered, you will not be able to sign in.
- Assuming you have registered, please enter your Mycarle Username & Password.
- Next, click the “Sign In” tab.
If you have not registered, please do so at www.mycarle.com/MyChart/accesscheck.asp. You will have to provide an email address, Patient Portal activation code, zip code, and date of birth.
Enter the activation code as it appears on your enrollment letter or after the visit summary. Your code is not case-sensitive.
How Do I Request My Carle Medical Records?
You may download a summary of your health information from an option under the My Medical Record tab. Select Medical Tools > Download My Record and follow the on-screen instructions.

Where and When can I see my Carle Medical test results?
My Carle medical test results are usually released to your patient portal within three business days of your doctor seeing the results. If you cannot see a test result, you may send a “Get Medical Advice” request through the messages function to your physician asking to have specific results released.
Can you send me a new activation code as I have lost it, let it expire, or did not receive it?
Call our support line at (217) 326-4001. After we verify your identity, a new code will be sent to the email address listed in your medical record. Our Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I make a payment through mycarle?
Log in to your online account and click on the “my payments” tab. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account with the bank’s routing and account number.
