A 6 million dollar settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Carter, et al. v. General Nutrition Centers Inc., et al., Case No. 2:16-cv-00633-MRH.

What will I get?

Class members who file a valid claim will receive $5 in cash or a $15 voucher for a future purchase, and a coupon for $30 off a $100 purchase.

Class Members who made more than five purchases or who purchased more than $100 in products are eligible for an additional $5 cash benefit or $15 voucher.

If you want to make a claim for more than one product you may have to provide proof of purchase.
