It should be noted there are a variety of ways to enter the Winstop Guest Survey Sweepstakes. Customers can enter VIA US mail by writing to Wingstop Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437 OR by taking a short survey in regards to their Wing Stop visit OR simply dial 1-866-408-1699. When entering via US mail Wingstop customers must hand print their name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3″ x 5″ card.
Further Wingstop Customer Survey Sweepstakes Rules/Notes
- Limit one (1) mail-in entry per post-marked envelope
- Grand prize winners will take home a $50 Wingstop gift card
- The prize aka $50 gift card is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee
- Lost or stolen gift card will NOT be replaced or refunded
- A copy of the Wingstop Contest official rules can be made anytime BEFORE 1/6/16 by writing to Wingstop Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules Request, PO Box 25466, Rochester, NY 14625-0466
- The drawing will take place under the guidance of the sweepstakes administrator US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company
It should be noted that the prizes (aka the $50 Winstop gift cards) will arrive to the winners bu US mail in about 4 to 6 weeks after the prize/winner has been verified by the administrator aka the US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company.
