- To get started customers will need the 3-digit store code which can be found on the bottom of the customer receipt
Besides the 3 digit Thrifty White store code customers will also need to provide the date/time of visit and the transaction number associated with the Thrifty White purchase which will be 4 digits long and will be found in the bottom right hand corner of the Thrifty White receipt. The survey is operated by the InMoment survey firm and customers are also given the option to take the Thrifty White cares survey via phone by calling 844-YOURTWP. Please note that customers will only have 72 hours to take the survey from the time of purchase.

- The number of the store and the transaction number will be circled on the receipt

- When entering via US Mail please include the contestants full name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number on a 3×5 index card or piece of paper
- One prize will be awarded per month
- All eligible entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the last day of the calendar month to be entered in the drawing
- Customers are allowed to pick between a $250 debit card or a mini iPad
