TellUSCoop.com is powered by InMoment and all feedback will be sent to general managers of each Lincolnshire Co-op location (if the general manager is not available the feedback will be sent to the Lincolnshire Co-op regional manager).  Customer will need about 5 minutes to take the survey and have the Lincolnshire Co-op receipt on hand.  Customer who tossed the receipt in the trash can may want to consider dumpster diving in order to take the survey.  Once the customer has emerged from the dumpster please take the survey at telluscoop.com (assuming the receipt is not covered in last nights egg-plant parmesan).  Assuming the customer answers all the survey questions they will have the chance to enter a prize draw where they could take home a Lincolnshire Co-op £200 gift voucher.  The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 16 years of age or older and employees of Lincolnshire Coop or InMoment.Inc are NOT allowed to enter.
