Sprint Preferences
- Provides Sprint customers with an all-in-one place to manage a wireless account and request get device support
- The service can be asked from a Android or iPhone device
It should be noted Android device users will have to access the pre installed Sprint Zone app from icon menu while iPhone customers will have to download the Sprint Zone App from the IOS Device or text “SPRINTZONE” to 4483 (messaging rates may apply when using this option). New customers will have to register for an account with their Sprint phone number.
