The Say Yes to Summer instant win game is open to legal residents of the lower 48 states who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Frito-Lay, Inc., Southwest Airlines Co., and Pandora Media, Inc. are not allowed to enter this promotion. The Say Yes to Summer sweepstakes officially kicked off at 12:00:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on May 15, 2017 and will feature 8 different entry periods. In order to enter the customer can purchase a speciality marked Frito-Lay bags (Fritos, Cheetos, Doritos, Lays, Ruffles or Chester’s Hot Flaming Fries) or simply enter the no purchase method by calling 1-888-797-3949. Lucky winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor (i.e. as is) or the prize in question will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. The total value of all prizes to be given away during the course of the Say Yes to Summer sweepstakes is valued at $2,194,270.00. Limit one (1) Summer Moment Prize (regardless of Summer Moment category) and one (1) General Summer Prize per person/household.
