  1. Take the Children’s Place survey online
  2. The survey is available in English, Spanish or French

It should be noted the customer will have 7 days to take the Place Survey and upon completion will receive a validation code for 20% of their next purchase.  To take the survey online the customer will need the month/day/year of purchase from Children’s Place and the transaction number.  The customer must also verify they are 18 years of age or older AND that they are not a robot from the future.
