- Any questions about a customers bill or the status of a refund can be directed to 1-800-253-0831
It should be noted that the Pay Bill Fee Billing service also allows a resident to view their transaction history i.e. view recent bill payments and usage.

TRSWA is paid for by tax payers and has won numerous awards over the years to include the coveted “Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) Bronze Excellence Award” for Landfill Gas Utilization.
