Papa Survey
- Receive a coupon in return for providing candid feedback about visit/purchase from Papa Murphy’s
- The Papa Survey is powered by the InMoment company and all answers will be kept confidential
- When taking the survey customers will be asked to provide the Papa Murphy’s store number is printed on the baking instructions (customers who do not have the store number can simply provide their zip code to start the Papa Survey)
In order to receive the Papa Murphy’s Survey Redemption Code customers MUST complete the survey in full (it should only take 5 minutes or less). Customers will be asked only ONE question about their visit/purchase… “please rate your overall satisfaction with this visit to Papa Murphy’s”. Once the customer has answered that question that will have the option to provide a type statement (this is not required to receive the Papa Survey Coupon). The Papa Murphy’s Survey Redemption Code will be 4 digits long and customers should write the code down on their Papa Murphy’s receipt and use it on a future pizza purchase.
Frequent customers to Papa Murphy’s should consider joining the Papa’s Sweet Deals Club in which they will be sent promotional coupons on a weekly basis (customers can always opt out of this later if they do not like it).
Papa Murphy’s Get Deal Notes
- Customers who sign up for the mobile version consent to receive recurring advertising text messages sent via automatic telephone dialing system
- Upon receipt of the submission Papa Murphy’s will send a confirmation text message (customer should Text ‘Y’ to confirm interest in participating)
- If the Papa Murphy’s customer is not happy with the program they can always opt out by texting STOP to 90421
- The number of marketing text message a member will receive is based upon where in the US they live
