My Subway Card Register Card

The My Subway Card Register Card service requires the user to provide their name, email address, phone number, My Subway Card number, and the PIN number (the customer will be asked to create a PIN number as a mean of added protection to their account when making purchases). Please note providing the customers phone number will allow them to earn points when they don’t have their Subway Card on hand when making a purchase (which happens frequently to many customers). If the customer does not have their My Subway Card on hand simply provide the associated phone number at the time of check and the purchase will be credited to the customer’s account (it should be noted that customers are NOT allowed to redeem points using a phone number). During the course of registration the customer can also elect to receive news and offers from SUBWAY Restaurants via email or via mobile text (neither of these are required in order to sign up for the My Subway Card however). Customers must be 13 years of age or older in order to obtain a Mu Subway Card and the My SUBWAY Card program is managed by Value Pay Services LLC. My Subway Card Quick Notes
- A must for anyone who frequents Subway more than a few times per month
- The card will never expire and Subway will never charge a fee for using the card
- Subway Cards are not redeemable for cash
Occasionally special promotional SUBWAY Cards which do have expiring balances are distributed on a limited basis; however, these cards are clearly marked as such with the valid start date and the expiration date on the front of the card. In the unfortunate event that a card is lost or stolen please dial 1-877-697-8222 to have it replaced (the customer service agent will immediately freeze the remaining unused balance on the card).
