My Nike Visit NA Survey
- Provide feedback to Nike in English, Spanish, or French
- The My Nike Visit survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and customers will be rewarded for their time in the form of a coupon
- Households are allowed to take 2 surveys in a 7 day time frame (i.e. two per week) regardless of how many or how much money is spent on Nike Products
To provide feedback to Nike customers must have the 15-20 digit My Nike Visit code which can be found on the customers receipt (those who do not have the code will not be able to take part in the survey). Please note when entering the survey code DO NOT use spaces or hyphens. Once the customer has answered all the tedious survey questions about their Nike purchase they will be rewarded with a $5 off coupon that can be used on a future Nike purchase. The $5 off coupon is not allowed to be combined with any other offers and does not apply to already discounted or sale items found at Nike. Any questions for Nike can be directed to their toll-free customer care line at 1 (800) 806-6453 or the customer can simply contact the store in which the purchase was made. Please note Nike purchases made from an authorized retailer will not be eligible to take the My Nike Visit NA Survey and customers should contact the store about returning the product or any customer service related inquires.
Return policy when shopping at Nike?
- Returns can be made anytime within the first 30 days (assuming the item has not been worn or used)
- Most online Nike orders will come with a simple to return form and prepaid return label in the box that can be dropped of at any US Post Office or UPS Store
- At this time Nike stores cannot refund PayPal accounts and may instead offer a gift card or store credit at the manager’s discretion (see specific store for more details)
- Allow up to two billing cycles for the return payment to be applied to the customer’s credit card or checking account
- Most of the time customers can still return items bought online for more than 30 days as long as the item is not used
