All feedback provided will help the Market Place measure their performance and understand how they can serve their customers better. Each time a store visit takes place the Market Place customer will have the option of completing this super short survey. Customers who complete the My Market Place Feedback survey will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card (customers are only allowed to enter the sweepstakes portion of the survey once every 7 days). Customers can also complete the survey and enter the sweepstakes by calling toll-free (866) 476-1381. No purchase is required in order to enter the My Market Place survey sweepstakes and customers can enter without purchase by writing to: “Coborn’s $100 Monthly GROCERY SWEEPSTAKES – Free Entry”, c/o Retail Feedback Group, P.O. Box 776, East Northport, NY 11731. Contestants are limited to one entry per envelope and each entry requests mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void. A total of 3 $100 gift cards will be given away each month and the prize drawings will take place on the 1st day of the month. Prizes are non refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. The sponsor of the My Market Place Feedback sweepstakes is listed as the Retail Feedback Group who can be reached at P.O. Box 776, East Northport, NY 11731 while the administrator of the contest is listed as Market Force Information.
