All information will be kept confidential and customers name will never be shared with those who help them at the time of check out.
Hot tips: Make sure the feedback is provided within 24 hours of the purchase in order to provide the best information. Customers will also want to access the survey from a computer with a printer as one will be needed in order to print the Levi’s Experience customer survey coupon.
