Member accounts allows a customer to check the status of any order placed with MyIDTPin and make changes to an account. Many IDT calling cards utilize minute up rounding which means each call is rounded up to the next whole minute i.e. a 1 minute and 45 second call would be rounded up to 2 minutes AND all calls lasting less than 1 minute are rounded up to 1 minute. Consumers should check each calling card for exact rounding policies.
