The activation sticker on the front of the Gift Card may reflect an incorrect 800#. The correct 800# is (866) 952-5653. Any customer service issues can also be directed to 1-866-952-5653 between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm ET Monday – Friday. Please note the My Gift Card site service does not include a customer survey in order to judge the users overall experience (they should really think about adding a way for the customer to provide feedback). In order to use the My gift Card site without issues please be sure to disable the computers pop-up blocker software. In order to secure the a gift card the customer must be 16 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. It is a Prepaid Card with a value limited to the amount of money loaded on the card at the time of purchase (aka the card cannot be reloaded under any circumstances). The Prepaid Visa Gift Card allows the card holder to buy what they want when they want assuming the card has enough funds to cover the purchase. The Visa Debit Card is accepted within the United States ONLY. Card values are as follows: $15, $20 $25, $50, and $100 dollars. Variable load cards can have a minimum of $20 and the maximum value is $500. Lackadaisical consumers who misplace their card will be charged a $5.95 replacement fee.
My Gift Card Site Notes
- When making a return please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to be placed back unto the card
- The card holder should always be sure to know their exact balance before making a purchase to avoid an embarrassing moment
