My Dining Visit
- Use the 5 digit access code to take a short survey online related to an Xpress purchase
- At the end of the survey the customer will be presented with a redemption code that can be used on a future visit to Xpress
InMoment will be responsible for collecting all feedback in relation to the My Dining Visit survey and the reports will be sent to the managers of each Xpress location. Please refrain from using the “Back” and “Forward” button on the browser navigation bar when taking the survey AND only use the navigation buttons on the My Dining Visit page to move back and forth (when changing or editing a survey answer).
