JD Power Online 17vrss

The JD Power Online 17vrss survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and all feedback will be kept confidential (i.e. the customers name and information will not be released to the grease monkeys who worked on the customers car). Any questions about the JD Power online 17vrss survey can be directed to VRSShelp@jdpa.com (please allow up to 3 working days for a response by email and please include the customers name, email address, home phone, and the nature of the problem). The survey will request the customer to answer a few short questions in regards to the service received, how friendly the employees were at the given location, and then be asked how the location can improve on their service. It does not appear that the JD Power Online 17vrss survey can be taken by phone or via email. At the end of the survey customer will have a chance to enter the J.D. Power New Auto Shopper Study Sweepstakes (in order to enter the promotion the customer will have to provide their name, address, phone number, email address, and DOB).
