The HUB Amazon Work login can be found on the user’s Amazon badge above the ugly photo (please note the HUB login is also the same as the username/alias used for logging into Amazon’s devices or computers). Users will be asked to provide a valid mobile phone number as it will be used to verify the user’s identity by sending a code by text to the given mobile phone (please get in touch with the user’s mobile phone carrier for more details on text message/SMS charges).

Those who need to add a mobile number to the HUB Amazon Work service can access the Hub on the Amazon network and add it to the users contact details on the Profile page. Once the user has registered, the HUB Amazon Work site will remember the device for 30 days (after that period, the user will have to go through a bothersome device registration process again).
Customer Service
Those not receiving a verification code will want to double-check their number or contact their mobile carrier. Those who have a USA or Canadian phone number and are not getting the verification number may have blocked text messages from Amazon (to reverse this issue, please text ‘RESUME’ to 262966 to restart Amazon text messages).
