Feedback For My Pub
- Allows a customer to provide thoughts (aka feedback) both good or bad related to a visit to Oak Tree Pubs
- The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete online
The survey is designed to allow customers to give a feedback on the service they received, and provide suggestions on what can be improved in regards to customer service, food and atmosphere. The information received is then forwarded to the specific managers for the Oak Tree Pubs branch the customers visited, and used to improve the customer service.
Oak Tree Survey Notes
- Visit one of the Oak Tree Pubs branches and enjoy their service (the company offers a great selection of food and drinks, which are served in a pub setting)
- Receive an invitation card to the survey
- Go to the official page for the survey feedbackformypub.co.uk
- Enter the telephone number found on the invitation card
- Provide thoughts about the service and the food found at the local Oak Tree Pub
At the end of the Oak Pub survey customers will be provided with a voucher, which can be redeemed for select food and/or drinks. This includes a free desert, free starter, free sharer and free onion rings portions when purchasing items listed on the menu. You can also get a £1 discount on any drink and burger or grill and drink purchased.
It should be noted that the voucher cannot be used on sharers, sides, discounted meals or bundle meals. The Oak Survey promotional voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons and is subject to end without notice. The Oak Tree survey voucher also cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash and is only good at participating pubs.
