Cat Footwear Survey
- Take a super short survey in regards to a Cat Footwear purchase
- All feedback will be kept confidential
- Assuming the customer completes the survey in full they will be entered into sweepstakes to win a brand spanking new pair of Cat boots
The Cat Footwear Survey will help improve the quality of the boots produced by Cat and will help Cat better serve the customer. Examples of questions found in the Cat Footwear Survey include: “When you think of Cat Footwear, which of the products below come to mind? Please select all that apply”, “What words or phrases would you use to describe Cat Footwear to a friend?”, and “Approximately how often do you purchase work boots specifically for work?”. The customer’s information and feedback will never be sold to a third-party and will only be used to learn more about customers boot and shoe preferences. Once the survey answers have been completed the customer will be able to enter the sweepstakes. In order to enter the promotion the customer will have to provide their name, address, and email address. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States.

Cat shipping times and cost?
- Standard shipping is free and will take 2 to 6 business days
- Express shipping cost $5 and will take 2 to 3 business days (express shipping is free when the customer spends more than $49)
- Overnight orders cost $10 on order over $49 and $15 on orders under $49
- All orders are shipped using FedEx
- Customers will receive a tracking code via email once an order has been placed
