- It does not appear that the Georgia Department of Community Affairs is NOT accepting Preliminary Applications for its Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program or Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

Please note those who were lucky enough to be selected to the lottery wait list(s) and wish to make changes to their preliminary application will have to click on the DCA Pre App Update-Correction Form to make those required changes.
