SunTrust Password Reset

The SunTrust Password Reset service is free to use and requires Internet access. The SunTrust online banking customer will need to provide their User ID, security access code, SSN, and date of birth to start the reset process. The SunTrust password reset security access code will be sent to the customers email address provided at the time of online banking enrollment with SunTrust. The code will consist of both letter and numbers and will be mailed to the customer if they do not have an email address on file.
