The Phys Payment portal requires the user to have the Patient Account Number and the Patients date of birth in order to make a payment. The Patient Account number is located in the upper right corner of the patient statement and begins with “8X” while the patients date of birth can be entered in the mmddyyyy format.
Any questions in regards to the Phys Payment service can be directed to 888-422-7720 between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm Central Time Monday through Friday. The Phys Payment portal also provides an Internal Login service that requires a user ID and password.
