The Go Intro Rate credit card application should take between 4 to 8 minutes to complete and most applicants should receive an instant decision. The Double Your Line (DYL) Visa Credit Card comes with the 0% introductory APR for 12 months and the purchasing power of Visa (i.e. accepted anywhere the Visa logo is found). Assuming the applicant is approved for the card they will also receive a credit line increase (double the credit line amount) if they make the minimum monthly payment on time for the first 7 months the card account is open (this credit line increase will take place automatically meaning there is no need to make an annoying credit line increase request phone call). Merrick Bank credit card members will also receive free online and mobile account access (perfect for paying a bill on the go) and a free FICO credit score update every month (FICO is a registered trademark of Fair Isaac Corporation in the United States and other countries). - Each applicants credit limit will be based upon credit worthiness
- The members credit line amount will be included in the welcome package with the credit card
- Applicants who have not heard back in regards to the status of their application can dial (800) 328-9155, extension 6702
- This is NOT a unsecured credit card as a deposit is NOT required
- Co-applicants are not allowed BUT a user can be added to the card account
