The Fox Redeem promotion was created to celebrate the new and improved Digital HD service from Fox which is the new way to access popular movies and TV shows in stunning high-definition across all digital devices. The redemption process only takes a few minutes to complete and is operated by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC. Digital HD is available at a variety of digital retailers to include VUDU and Google Play. The Fox Redeem redemption code can be found on the customer’s Blu-Ray or DVD case (the code will be printed clearly inside the case).
Customer Service
Once the customer has completed the redemption process, they can begin watching their movie via instant streaming OR download the movie and watch it with no Internet access later. All redeemed content can be found on the customer’s digital cloud where customers can sign in anytime to play or watch their favorite movie or TV show. The product will never expire once the customer has redeemed the movie/tv show using the Fox Redeem service. Those who have lost their redemption code will want to call the toll-free customer or email DigitalHDSupport@foxcustomercare.com (when contacting customer service via email please allow up to 3 days for a response and include a return phone number along with the nature of the problem).
