The FL Medicaid Managed Care enrollment requires the security PIN found in the letter received via US Mail. The user will also need their Medicaid Recipient ID or Medicaid Card ID along with their PIN. Those who are lucky enough to be already enrolled in the FL Medicaid Managed Care program can simply login with their Recipient ID or Medicaid Card ID and 4 digit PIN number.
